Person Search Plus
The Person Search Plus search combines the most accurate data points and search logic that are associated with persons, addresses, and phone numbers to return a subject's most recent address, address history, phone numbers at the address, name variations, and dates of occupancy. The primary function of the search is to obtain a correct phone number or address by which to contact the individual.
Before you begin
- Depending on your product subscription, you may not have access to this search.
- Your DPPA (Driver’s Privacy Protection Act), GLBA (Gramm‐Leach‐Bliley Act), and DMF (Death Master File) permissible use selections appear at the bottom of the form. Click the links if you need to change your permissible use selections before you run a new search.
- Enter information in at least one field. When you enter information into multiple fields, your search precision increases.
- To search more broadly, complete fewer fields.
- To view source information for this search, click Source.
- To view a sample report that is generated from this search, click Sample Report.
To change the search form fields, toggle the Form Settings switches to the right of the form:
- Toggle the Single Name Entry Fields switch ON to combine the name fields.
- Toggle the Single City, State, ZIP Code Fields switch ON to combine the location fields.
Procedure
- Enter the SSN (Social Security number) with or without dashes (for example, 123456789, 123-45-6789, 123 45 6789, or 6789).
- Enter the LexID® number that is assigned by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions with or without dashes (for example, 0123-4567-8901 or 012345678901).

Enter the last name.
Toggle the Include Similar-Sounding Last Names switch ON to include or exclude names that match, sound like, or have a similar spelling. -
Enter the first name.
Toggle the Include Nicknames of First Name switch ON to include nicknames. - Enter the middle name or the middle initial.

Enter the street address with or without numbers.
You can also include any other details (for example, Ave, St, Ct, or Blvd).
- Enter the city.
- Select the state.
- Enter the ZIP Code (for example, 12345 or 12345-6789).
- Enter a complete phone number with or without dashes, spaces, periods, or an area code (for example, 1234567891, (123)4567891, 123 456 7891, 123 4567891, 123-456-7891, 123.456.7891, 456-7891, or (123) 456 7891).
- Enter the county name.
- Enter the radius.
- Enter the subject's DOB (date of birth) in the following format: MM/dd/yyyy (for example, 02/14/1963).
- Enter the starting age range.
- Enter the ending age range.

Select Additional Subject Information to expand additional fields.
- Enter another last name.
- Enter the first name of a relative.
- Enter another city.
- Enter the first name of another relative.
- Select another state.

To associate your search with a customer or a topic, provide a label (for
example, the customer's name or a topic name) in the Reference
ID field.
The History function lets you view the searches that are associated with a reference ID.
Your organization may require a reference ID in a particular format. Additionally, the contents of this field may be automatically completed or the field may have restrictions that are configured by your administrator. - Click Search.
